Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your check-in time with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard arrivals run from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and late checkout are available on request and subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations; booking-specific information is available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.

The apartment is on the first floor in the Fraginesi countryside. Castellammare del Golfo town centre is 6 km away and Scopello is 6.2 km away. Palermo Airport is 50 km away, approximately one hour by car; Trapani Airport is 60 km away.
