The house

The apartment accommodates four guests and has one bedroom, three beds—two single beds and one queen-size bed—and one bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It has air conditioning and kitchen equipment including a moka coffee maker, oven, fridge and freezer. The flat has been adapted to allow access for people with reduced mobility.

Ulivo Blu Holiday Homes comprises 14 apartments with Mediterranean-style furnishings and soundproofing. Shared facilities include a garden with relaxation areas, an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and deck chairs, a jogging path and ample free parking. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms, common areas and by the pool.

The pool opens from 1 May to 31 October, between 10:00 and 19:00. A swimming cap may be required.

The centre of Castellammare del Golfo is 6 km away and Scopello is 6.2 km away. Palermo Airport is 50 km away, about one hour by car; Trapani Airport is 60 km away.

Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Late arrival and departure are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be required on arrival or a few days beforehand, with the amount determined by local regulations.
