PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). L'Oliveta is a welcoming rural house in stone, set in an charming, secluded hilly position not far from the renowned spa town of Gambassi and from Certaldo, birthplace of Boccaccio, two characteristic medieval borghi located in the area of the Florentine Valdelsa. Inside this welcoming, completely air-condtioned home, originally an authentic hay-loft of the last century, is a large open-plan area with living room and a spacious modern kitchen that opens out onto a large portico set up for relaxing in the shade of the garden that surrounds the structure.
The silence of the park, full of olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation, is completed by the delightful panoramic swimming pool that looks out over rural landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see, guaranteeing maximum relaxation immersed in the Tuscan countryside. The house is located in a territory famous for its culinary excellences, not far from San Gimignano (16 km), Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and the Chianti region which, with its castles and villages, acts as a bridge between Siena and Florence.
