House rules
No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–06:00. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. The villa is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Read and respect the house rules before booking and during your stay. For bookings longer than 7 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is scheduled every 7 nights, for example on Day 8 and Day 15. Each clean costs R750, separate from the standard cleaning fee, and includes fresh linen, light cleaning and trash removal. Payment is required in advance through Airbnb’s Resolution Centre and must be settled before check-in. Linen may be used for no more than 7 nights before replacement.
Getting there
Potential construction disturbances may occur; construction is permitted from 06:00 to 18:00, Monday to Saturday, under Stellenbosch Municipality guidelines. Scheduled power outages (loadshedding) may interrupt electricity for a few hours at a time. The EskomSePush app is recommended for local schedules and updates.
