## About the house

The villa has a private 13 × 6 m swimming pool, 1–1.70 m deep, surrounded by loungers. A spacious porch has an outdoor dining table and sofa. A second porch provides a barbecue area, a pool table and table tennis. The private tennis court comes with rackets and balls for guests to use.

On the ground floor, a sitting room has sofas, armchairs and satellite television, and a separate dining room has a table for the group. The nearby kitchen has a ceramic hob and cooking utensils. A ground-floor twin bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs and two further twin bedrooms.

A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided. A cot and high chair can be provided for babies. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. Outdoor parking accommodates five cars.

Port de Pollença Beach is 2.3 km away and the town is 4.1 km away. The beach-area promenade is lined with pine trees, cafés, restaurants and shops. Nearby outdoor excursions include the path to the Formentor viewpoint and Albufera Natural Park.
