Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Groups of young people aged 18 or under are not accepted. Linen cannot be renewed during the stay, and mid-stay cleaning is not provided. Mandatory hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation. Optional services per reservation: kitchen towels 2,00 €; end-of-stay cleaning 56,00 €; towels 7,00 €; bath mat 3,00 €. Optional cancellation insurance costs 5.5% of the reservation and requires supporting documentation. A refundable deposit of 800,00 € per reservation is secured by card preauthorization with the final payment. Personalized arrival and departure services and electric heating are included. Pets are not permitted. Linen provision conflicts: the description and included services list bed linen and a small/large towel set as included, while another section marks bed linen as not provided; separate towels cost 7 EUR. Confirm what is supplied. Arrival is 16:00–20:00; depart before 10:00. Contact the agency one week before arrival to arrange keys; low-season times may be flexible. Cancellation is free until 29 days before arrival, 50% of rent at 28–16 days and 100% from 15 days or for a no-show. Optional insurance covers specified cancellation causes, unused days after late arrival and interrupted stays.

Getting there

The apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Biscarrosse Plage and its sandy beach are 10 km away; a nearby bus stop provides connections to Biscarrosse Plage. Lake Biscarrosse is 6 km away. Shops, the weekly market, cinema and village amenities are nearby. The stated maximum is four guests, although the sofa bed is described as sleeping two additional people. This listing follows the four-guest limit; confirm any larger party directly with the operator. Super U et Drive is 1 km away, the nautical centre 2 km, Port de Gourmet 2.4 km, and Bisc’Aventure and Biscarrosse Golf 9 km.
