The house

The studio occupies the 37th floor of a tower with an elevator, panoramic city and surrounding-area views, and 24/7 security with a guard and firefighter on site. The open-plan living area includes an office area and a kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob and fridge. The sleeping area has a 160 cm double bed. There is a shower bathroom and a separate WC.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, TV, heating, a fan, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron and clothes hangers. Cots can be rented on request, subject to availability. Housekeeping before arrival and after departure, bath towels, bed linen and natural skincare products are included in the housekeeping fee. Optional services include a private chauffeur, an in-home chef and local activities.

La Défense business district and Les 4 Temps shopping center are a few minutes away. Boieldieu bus stop is a one-minute walk away, and Puteaux train station is a nine-minute walk away. A Welkeys concierge welcomes guests, hands over the keys and provides assistance during the stay. Arrival information is provided before the stay through a dedicated traveler app.
