The open-plan living area has a sectional sofa, sliding doors to a private covered lanai, a dining table for four and a breakfast bar. The equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, kettle and ice machine. The lanai has lounge seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas BBQ.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, central air conditioning, ceiling fan, dedicated workspace and a private balcony with golf and garden views. Its ensuite has dual sinks, a jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, central air conditioning, ceiling fan and an ensuite with a shower/tub combination.

Family equipment includes a highchair, Pack ’n Play, stroller, toddler bed and infant bathtub. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards are provided, along with bikes and a bike repair stand. Other facilities include a washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, television with satellite or cable service, toys and smart-lock entry.

Shared community facilities include a lagoon-style pool, lap pool, wading pool, jacuzzi spa, fitness center and outdoor pavilion with BBQs and dining areas.
