The open-concept living room has two-story ceilings, tall windows, a TV and garden views. The adjoining dining area seats four and opens onto a covered dining lanai with a gas grill. Other outdoor spaces include a ground-level lanai with chaise lounges, an upstairs balcony and a private walled garden with an outdoor shower.

The ground-floor primary suite has a king bed, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan and lanai access. Its ensuite features dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower and a separate water closet, with access to the outdoor shower garden. The upstairs guest suite has convertible twin beds, a twin air-bed with bedding in the closet, central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a walk-in closet, a TV with Netflix and a private lanai overlooking the gardens and lawn. Its ensuite has dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, a walk-in shower and a separate water closet.

The kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, kitchen basics, a coffee station, blender, rice cooker and crockpot. A full laundry room, Sonos audio, multiple TVs, linens, extra pillows and blankets are provided. Family equipment includes a Pack and Play and bathtub. Beach gear includes chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, towels and a beach bag.

Shared Kulalani facilities include lagoon-style, lap and wading pools, a jacuzzi spa, a covered grilling pavilion and a fitness center. Complimentary Mauna Lani Beach Club access includes a white-sand cove, lounge chairs, cabanas, restrooms and showers. Water-sports equipment rentals cost extra. Napua restaurant serves lunch and dinner at the beach. Separate Mauna Lani Resort fitness, golf, tennis and pickleball access are marked as paid amenities.
