The house

The villa has high ceilings, central air conditioning throughout and an open-concept living and dining area. Sliding doors connect the furnished living space to a covered lanai with dining and lounge seating and a built-in gas BBQ. Ocean views extend from the living areas and primary suite.

The kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, an island with bar seating and stainless-steel appliances. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine, along with dishes and utensils.

The primary suite has an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities, plus ocean views, lanai access and a ceiling fan. The guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, ocean, garden and mountain views, and a ceiling fan. The living room provides additional sleeping space.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are provided. Entertainment includes television, satellite or cable service and a smart TV. The villa has a private entrance, free parking, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

The Shops at Kukui‘ula are a short drive away, with dining, boutiques, galleries and a weekly gourmet farmers market. Poipu, Shipwreck and Lawai Beaches are minutes away. Nearby attractions include the Mahaulepu Trail, Spouting Horn and historic Old Koloa Town. Guests do not have access to the Club at Kukui‘ula.
