Minimum renter age is 25. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome, but the Tranquility Pool is adults-only; two other community pools are family-friendly.
Getting there
A car is necessary. This is an upper-level studio. The open loft has low ceiling clearance; take care when standing and moving around. Paved community paths lead toward coastline lookouts, restaurants and the Turtle Bay shoreline.
