## About the house

The studio has vaulted ceilings, large windows, golf-course and palm-tree views, and a small lanai reached through sliding glass doors. The lofted sleeping area is open to the living area below, has low ceiling clearance and a stand-up fan, and has no air conditioning. The living area has a queen sofa sleeper, ceiling fan and window air conditioner. A guest full bathroom serves the accommodation.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, utensils and a breakfast counter. A washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV, cable or satellite television, linens, beach towels, beach chairs and an insulated cooler bag are provided. Parking is free.

Guests have access to three community pools, including one adults-only Tranquility Pool and two family-friendly pools. The community has walking and biking paths, including paved paths toward coastline lookouts, restaurants and the Turtle Bay shoreline. Lobby lounge and pool bar access, Turtle Bay dining, shops, beaches and cultural activities are available. The fitness center and Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay Resort pools are not included; fitness classes and pool passes can be purchased through Resort Pass.

Kahuku Food Trucks are 5 minutes away; North Shore beaches from Sunset to Waimea are 10–15 minutes away; Zipline Adventures is 10 minutes away; Haleiwa Town is 20 minutes away; and Kualoa Ranch is 30 minutes away.
