The open-plan living and dining area has vaulted ceilings, large windows, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, cable and a DVD player. Sliding doors open onto a private lanai, and both lanais have golf-course and mountain views. The renovation includes a custom-designed staircase.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker, cookware and utensils. Counter seating accommodates four. The primary bedroom has a balcony, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan and an ensuite with a custom tiled shower and modern vanity. The guest bedroom also has a balcony, window air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The loft overlooks the golf course. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

Guests have access to three community pools, tennis and pickleball courts, shared BBQ areas and landscaped grounds beside the Fazio and Arnold Palmer golf courses. One pool is designated an adults-only Tranquility Pool; the other two are family friendly. Access to the hotel’s tennis facilities, gym and pool requires direct inquiry with Turtle Bay Resort.

The home includes Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, beach towels, a cooler and a beach umbrella. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. One assigned parking stall and one guest stall are available. Smart-lock entry and self check-in/check-out are provided. A car is recommended. Turtle Bay’s public beach lagoon, Roy’s Beach House, Turtle Bay Stables, resort paths and coastline outlooks are within walking reach. Waimea Bay, Banzai Pipeline, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kahuku food truck courts and Haleiwa shopping and dining are a short drive away. The home has a custom staircase. Security cameras are onsite, and ants, geckos, peacocks and roosters are common in the area.

No pets or smoking. Children are welcome, but are not permitted in the designated Tranquility Pool; two other community pools are family friendly. Longer stays are allowed. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge. Hotel tennis, gym and pool access require direct inquiry with Turtle Bay Resort.
