House rules
Smoking is prohibited. Up to two pets are allowed. Final cleaning and internet are included. Electricity is charged separately at 3.40 DKK/kWh, water at 60 DKK/m³ and heating at 4 DKK per unit. Optional extras payable at the property if used are a linen package at 155 DKK, a high chair at 330 DKK and a baby/child cot at 330 DKK; protection insurance is offered from 837 DKK. Cancellation is free until 35 days before the rental begins. From 34 days before arrival through arrival day, later cancellation or no-show incurs 100% of the total rent plus an administration fee. Prepaid extras such as linen, final cleaning and high chairs are refunded in full upon cancellation. Non-refundable bookings receive no refund.
