## About the house

The renovated townhome sleeps six and has three bathrooms, custom tile floors, vaulted ceilings, tropical decor, a sectional sofa and a 70-inch television. The dining area adjoins a kitchen with granite counters, stainless appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, kettle, blender, rice cooker and cooking essentials. A private lanai overlooks the golf fairway and mountains.

Two downstairs bedroom suites each have a king bed, ceiling fan and ensuite shower bathroom. Bedroom Suite 1 has a garden view and no television; Bedroom Suite 2 has a television. One primary suite also has a desk and printer. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, mountain and waterfall views, with a full bathroom down the hall. Air conditioning serves only the living and dining areas; bedrooms use ceiling fans and windows.

Guests share the community pool, hot tub and BBQ area. Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler and a beach umbrella are provided. Additional beach equipment rentals are available for a fee. A high chair and Pack and Play are available. Parking includes one garage space and one assigned outdoor space.

Hanalei Bay, Queen's Bath, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, Princeville Makai Golf Club and Princeville Shopping Center are within easy reach. A car is recommended. Dogs under 30 lbs require association approval and are subject to restrictions. Longer stays require mid-stay cleaning.
