## About the house

Kramphouse has accommodation across two levels, with bedrooms, a bathroom and living space on each level. The upstairs and downstairs dwellings are fully separate, with no internal access between them. An adjoining unit may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

The open-plan lounge has lake views. There is a kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs, with a fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, kettle and toaster. Each of the two bathrooms has a shower, vanity and toilet. TV, Wi-Fi and a highchair are available. Laundry equipment includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside are a garden, outdoor shower and direct access to the reserve leading to the lakefront. Guests can use the trampoline, kayaks and aluminium dinghy; correctly fitted life jackets must be worn when using the watercraft. Bikes can be stored behind the shed. A small playground is a 10-minute walk along the reserve.

Linen is included: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels are supplied, with pillows and duvets at the property. Beds are made before arrival and stripped after departure. There is no pool or hot tub.

The upstairs and downstairs dwellings have no internal access between them. An adjoining unit may be occupied by other guests. The reserve, sandy beach and boat ramp are steps away, with direct access to the reserve leading to the lakefront. A small playground is a 10-minute walk along the reserve. Floating Rock café and winery is 1.5 km away; Tokaanu hot pools are 10 minutes by car and Whakapapa ski field is a 50-minute drive. Turangi is 20 minutes away for supplies, and Taupō is within an hour.

Pets are not allowed. Correctly fitted life jackets must be worn when using the kayaks and aluminium dinghy.
