The apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and has three bedrooms, two shower bathrooms and a west-facing furnished balcony/loggia on a naturally landscaped property. The living room has oak parquet flooring, a dining area and sofa seating. Entertainment includes three televisions with cable/digital reception and internet services such as Netflix and YouTube, a Bluetooth sound box, radio, CD, DVD and Blu-ray players. The upper-floor and attic double bedrooms have box-spring beds measuring approximately 1.8 × 2 m; the attic room has a partial dune and sea view.
Both bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The upper-floor bathroom includes an Antonio Lupi washbasin, illuminated mirror with Bluetooth speaker and Vola fittings. A private beach basket is available in a sheltered garden seating area approximately April–October. Heating, window privacy screens, garden furniture, an ironing board, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator are provided. Bed linen, towels, NATURE toiletries, initial bathroom supplies, luggage service to/from the property and a water carafe are included.
Guests receive free use of public transport on Sylt through Sylt Go!.
