The upper level has an open-plan living area with bushland views, a cushioned sofa, TV and wood-burning fireplace. A private balcony has a café-style table for two, and a front courtyard provides another outdoor sitting area. Split-system reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating serve the living area.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, gas cooktop, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Nespresso machine. The adjacent dining table seats four.

Downstairs, the bedroom has a king-size bed, linen, pillows, a blackout blind and a gas heater. Its ensuite includes complimentary toiletries, towels and a hairdryer. The laundry has a washer, drying rack, iron and hangers. Wi-Fi and a workspace are available.

One private parking space is directly out front. The guesthouse is at the base of the driveway; the host lives separately in a brick home at the top. There are no shared spaces. Stirling’s dining scene, Mount Lofty Botanic Garden and Belair National Park are an easy drive away.
