The master bedroom has a queen bed and a full ensuite with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a bunk with a double lower bed and a single upper bed. The main bathroom has a bathtub and shower combination; a separate main toilet is in the laundry area, which also has a washer and dryer.
Two free driveway parking spaces are available. Koonya Ocean Beach is a 12-minute walk away; Sorrento Beach and Sullivan Bay are a four-minute drive away.
