The house

The condo has an open-concept living and dining area overlooking the ocean. The private lanai seats four for outdoor dining and overlooks the community pool and shoreline. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a ceiling fan and mountain views through plantation shutters; the living room has a queen sofa bed. Independently controlled ductless split air conditioning serves the bedroom and living room.

The upgraded, fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinets and a breakfast bar. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. An in-unit washer/dryer, linens, beach towels, toiletries and a starter supply of coffee and laundry essentials are provided. Entertainment includes a smart television and satellite or cable TV. The condo has a private entrance.

Shared Kona Reef facilities include a heated saltwater pool, hot tub and BBQ facilities, with easy shoreline access. Nearby beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Restaurants, shops and Ali‘i Drive are within walking distance; Honl’s Beach Park, museums, hikes and coffee tours are a short drive away.

Concrete restoration work in the complex may bring contractors, scaffolding, equipment and intermittent noise Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, excluding major holidays. The condo has upgraded windows and doors. Electric-vehicle charging is not available on the property.
