Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Please request preparation of the queen sofa bed before your stay. Early check-in and late checkout are not available. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge. Booking acknowledges the construction conditions.
Getting there
Shops, dining and beaches along Ali‘i Drive are within walking distance. Historic sites, coffee farms and snorkeling spots are a short drive away; a car is recommended. The top-floor condo has access to a building elevator. Nearby Ali‘i Drive and Honl’s Beach Park can create ambient noise; upgraded windows help reduce sound. Building B, Drop 13 (Mauka Shear Wall), has spalling-repair work scheduled June 22–July 10, 2026. Work may involve concrete repairs, scaffolding, noise, dust, limited lanai access and temporary parking impacts. No construction work occurs on holidays, including July 3, 2026.
