## About the house

The open-plan living and dining area opens onto a private lanai with ocean and park views overlooking Honl’s Beach. The living area has seating, a flat-screen TV and dining for four. The kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite counters, a breakfast bar, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and blackout drapes. A queen sofa bed provides additional sleeping space in the living area; request its preparation before your stay. Mini-split air conditioning cools both the bedroom and living space. Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a washer and dryer, beach towels, linens and starter bath amenities are provided.

Shared resort facilities include a heated oceanfront saltwater pool, hot tub, four gas BBQ grills, a covered dining pavilion and oceanfront lounge chairs overlooking Kailua Bay. Free parking and an elevator are available. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Shops, dining and beaches along Ali‘i Drive are within walking distance. Hulihe‘e Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, coffee farms and snorkeling spots are a short drive away. A car is recommended. The condo is near Ali‘i Drive and Honl’s Beach Park; upgraded windows help reduce ambient sound.

The top-floor condo has access to a building elevator. Nearby Ali‘i Drive and Honl’s Beach Park can create ambient noise; upgraded windows help reduce sound. Building B, Drop 13 (Mauka Shear Wall), has spalling-repair work scheduled June 22–July 10, 2026. Work may involve concrete repairs, scaffolding, noise, dust, limited lanai access and temporary parking impacts. No construction work occurs on holidays, including July 3, 2026.

Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Please request preparation of the queen sofa bed before your stay. Early check-in and late checkout are not available. Guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging. Beach equipment rentals carry an additional charge. Booking acknowledges the construction conditions.
