The house

The open-concept living and dining area has sliding glass doors opening onto a private ocean-view lanai with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, sitting area and lanai access. An additional sleeping area has a queen Murphy bed, and there is a separate guest full bathroom. Both sleeping areas have window air conditioning, ceiling fans, blackout drapes, garden views and partial ocean views.

The condo includes Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TV and satellite or cable television. Complimentary beach towels and snorkeling gear are provided. Community facilities include a pool with lounge seating, a covered BBQ area, an indoor cabana and tropical landscaping. There is elevator access and one designated underground parking stall for a standard or compact vehicle.

Honl’s Beach and Ali‘i Drive are one block away. Shops, dining and nightlife along Ali‘i Drive are within walking distance. A car is recommended.
