A stacked-stone waterfall feeds the pool, and an outdoor staircase connects the upper level to the deck. A covered poolside dining table seats twelve. The private yard reaches lava rock and sand at the ocean, with a shaded hammock and loungers. Beach towels, an outdoor shower and outdoor seating are provided. Sliding glass walls connect the main living room to a covered ocean-facing lanai with a west-facing sectional. A separate sitting room also has an ocean view. The coastal dining room seats eight and has folding louvered shutters. Koa cabinetry features in the kitchen and bathrooms.
