The house

The condo sleeps four and has one bathroom. The living room features vaulted ceilings, leather sofas and a TV with cable, opening onto a private ocean-view lanai with a high-top dining table for four and additional seating for two.

The primary bedroom has a king Tempur-Pedic bed, dresser, closet, window air conditioning, ceiling fan and partial ocean view. The loft contains two twin beds in a trundle-style arrangement, a desk, vaulted ceilings, ocean views and a TV. There are two air-conditioning units and four ceiling fans in the condo.

The kitchen has full-size appliances, cooking essentials, a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and rice cooker, plus a coffee and breakfast bar. An in-unit washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, beach towels, an umbrella, snorkel gear and a cooler are provided.

Shared community facilities include an ocean-view pool with lounge seating, a hot tub, shaded cabana, barbecues, outdoor dining areas, tennis courts, fitness center, ping pong and tropical gardens. Direct shoreline access provides sunset views. The condo is one mile from the heart of Kailua-Kona, with Ali‘i Drive, cafés, Hulihee Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, Kona Pier and a farmers market within walking reach.
