The house

The condo has 1,120 square feet of indoor living space, vaulted ceilings and an open-plan living and dining area with large windows and sliding doors overlooking the ocean. A wrap-around lanai offers outdoor dining, lounge seating, coastline views and sunset views.

The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast-bar seating, cookware and a pass-through to the lanai dining area. Equipment includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, coffee grinder and food processor.

Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, window air conditioning, TVs, ceiling fans, direct lanai access, and ocean and pool views. The primary ensuite has a walk-in shower; the second ensuite has a tub/shower combination. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, ocean views and lanai access. It is not air-conditioned and has ceiling fans and natural breezes.

High-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, reserved free parking and keypad self-entry are available. Community facilities include an ocean-view swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, tennis courts, BBQ area, cabana and tropical grounds.

Restaurants, shops and attractions in Kailua-Kona are minutes away. Nearby places include shops and galleries along Ali'i Drive, Kailua Pier, Hulihe'e Palace, Mokuaikaua Church and Ahu'ena Heiau. Stairs are required to reach the unit, and the building has no elevator. A car is recommended.
