The condo has 1,120 square feet of indoor living space, vaulted ceilings and an open-plan living and dining area with large windows and sliding doors overlooking the ocean. A wrap-around lanai offers outdoor dining, lounge seating, coastline views and sunset views.

The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast-bar seating, cookware and a pass-through to the lanai dining area.
