The house

The home accommodates up to six guests and has two bathrooms. The tiled living area connects to the dining space and includes a sofa and Smart TV. The ocean-view lanai has loungers and an outdoor dining table seating six.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan and lanai access. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan, lanai access, and ocean and pool views. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, air conditioning, a TV, lanai access and ocean views.

The equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, a breakfast bar, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, kettle, blender, ice machine, slow cooker, rice cooker and food processor. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, hair dryer, iron and starter supplies are provided. Entertainment includes Smart TV, satellite or cable TV, DVD and audio equipment. The home has a private entrance, smoke detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.

Shared Kona Makai facilities include a community pool, hot tub, BBQ area, fitness center, tennis and ping pong. Resort amenity access may incur additional fees. Shops, restaurants and beaches on Alii Drive are within walking distance; museums, markets and Kailua Kona sights are a short drive away. A car is recommended. Free parking is available, but there is no electric-vehicle charging.

Children are welcome and smoking is not allowed. The property is not ADA accessible, and the building has no elevator. Guests with mobility limitations should contact the property with accessibility questions before booking. Starter supplies will need replenishing during the stay.
