The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan and smart TV, with sliding glass doors opening onto the shaded private lanai. The lanai overlooks tropical gardens and the Pacific and has dining space for four; indoors, a breakfast bar seats two.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and coffee grinder. Central air conditioning, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, satellite TV, a DVD player, beach towels and smart-lock entry are provided.

Shared facilities include an oceanfront pool, hot tub, outdoor barbecues, tennis courts, fitness center and tropical gardens. The gated property has beach access and free on-site parking. Honl’s Beach, Kona Farmers Market, Don’s Mai Tai Bar and Coconut Grove Marketplace are within walking distance. Kailua Pier, Kona Country Club, Magic Sands Beach and Kaloko-Honokōhau National Historical Park are a short drive away.

The property is not ADA accessible, and the building has no elevator. It may not suit guests with mobility limitations. Electric-vehicle charging is not available on the property.
