The bedroom has a king bed, window air conditioning, a ceiling fan, garden views and lanai access. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The renovated bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower.

The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and utensils.
