House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is not allowed. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Minimum stay requirements apply. A removable pool safety fence is optional and carries an additional installation fee.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Keauhou Shopping Center, with restaurants, groceries and a weekly farmer’s market, is within walking reach. Keauhou Bay, Kona Country Club, beaches and historic Ali‘i Drive are a short drive away. Guest Full Bathroom 2 is accessible from outside the home. Electric-vehicle charging is unavailable; guests with electric vehicles must arrange their own charging.
