## About the house

Kona Koa House accommodates up to eight guests in nearly 3,000 square feet, approximately 500 feet above sea level within a 24-hour guard-gated community. The open-plan great room has vaulted ceilings, glass sliders, tile floors and seating overlooking the ocean; the dining area seats eight. The equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cookware, small appliances, an oven, coffee maker, freezer, kettle, blender and rice cooker.

A covered lanai provides outdoor seating and dining, a full outdoor kitchen, bar and built-in BBQ. The private heated infinity-edge pool has 180-degree ocean views. The grounds include a private putting green, yard and tropical landscaping. A removable pool safety fence can be requested for an additional installation fee.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean views, lanai access and an ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed and patio access. Guest Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, garden views and access to a shared full bathroom. The bonus room has a queen bed, workspace and convenient access to a full bathroom. Guest Full Bathroom 2 is accessible from outside the home. All sleeping areas have individual air conditioning; ceiling fans and blackout drapes are also provided in the sleeping rooms.

The home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, Ethernet, a washer and dryer, linens, bath amenities, smart television, satellite or cable television, and beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Gather professionally manages the home. Keauhou Shopping Center is within walking reach, and Keauhou Bay, Kona Country Club, beaches and historic Ali‘i Drive are a short drive away.
