The house

The home has four bedrooms, a downstairs common sleeping area, and a media room with additional sleeping options for children. The open-plan main level includes a dining table seating eight and a living area with views toward the pool and Pacific Ocean. The renovated kitchen has a large island, professional-grade appliances, extensive counter space, and a casual eat-in area. Equipment includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and grinder, freezer, kettle, ice machine, blender, rice cooker, food processor, mixer, and crockpot; a BBQ is also available.

The upstairs primary suite has a walk-in closet with baby gear, a lanai, and ocean and pool views. The Red Bedroom has a private balcony and ocean views. The Kitchenette Bedroom includes a coffee bar and mini fridge, while the Twin Bedroom has mountain views. The downstairs common sleeping area opens onto a lanai. Bedrooms, the downstairs sleeping area, and the media room have air conditioning; the living, dining, and kitchen areas rely on natural ventilation.

Outside are a private oceanfront lap pool, loungers, a lawn, an outdoor shower, and multiple furnished lanais with shaded and sunny seating, including covered outdoor dining. A full laundry room has a commercial-grade washer and dryer. A crib, high chair, pack and play, toys, and stair gates are available. Entertainment includes televisions, a stereo, DVD, and satellite or cable TV. Beach towels, chairs, mats, an umbrella, and a cooler are available; beach-gear inventory may vary, and beach equipment rentals are also available for an additional charge.

Keiki Ponds Beach is a five-minute walk away, and Kailua-Kona Pier is one mile away. Ali‘i Drive’s cultural landmarks, shopping, and dining are nearby. A car is not necessary. The driveway accommodates six vehicles, but electric-vehicle charging is unavailable.
