Kona Beach Bungalows comprises three house buildings across 4,507 square feet, with 15 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms for up to 30 guests. Multiple living and dining areas allow groups to gather or spread out. Moana Makai has air-conditioned interiors, Koa cabinetry, granite countertops, two wet bars and a billiard table. Moana Mauka has ocean views, slate and hardwood floors, Koa kitchen cabinets and island-inspired furnishings.

Full kitchens include refrigerators, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, coffee equipment, blenders, rice cookers, crockpots and serving pieces. A wine fridge, ice machine and hotel-size mini fridges provide additional storage. There is also an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Starter supplies include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent and hotel-size toiletries.

The oceanfront grounds include a koi-pond entry, private saltwater pool, hot tub, lawn, lanai, outdoor seating and an outdoor shower. The beach is directly accessible from the estate. Recreation includes a pool table, ping pong table and toys; televisions, smart TVs and cable or satellite service are provided. Wi-Fi, linens, washers and dryers are available, along with a crib and high chair.

The primary bedroom has a California king bed, ensuite bathroom, ocean and water views, split air conditioning, a balcony or deck and space for a crib or pack and play. Other identified bedrooms have king, queen or twin beds, with a mixture of ensuite and shared bathroom access.

Ali'i Gardens Marketplace is directly across the street, with restaurants nearby. Kona International Airport serves the island; Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park and Mauna Kea Observatory are options for longer excursions. This is a Hosted Rental Unit under Hawai'i County Ordinance Number 2018-114, with a caretaker residing onsite who may assist with certain duties. The caretaker is not affiliated with Elite Pacific Properties, LLC powered by Gather.
