The house

The condo has two bedrooms, three full bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, and an open-plan living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, tropical furnishings and a dining table for six. The private lanai has outdoor seating and views over Kailua Bay.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Small appliances include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker.

The downstairs primary bedroom has a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and granite vanity. The second primary bedroom is in the upstairs loft, with a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The living room has a TV, split-system air conditioning and lanai access, with the third full bathroom nearby.

Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, cable and smart TV, a DVD player, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels, a hair dryer and iron. Assigned parking is free. The building has a keyed elevator lobby and an on-site resident manager. Community facilities include an ocean-view swimming pool, sun loungers, a barbecue area with double gas grills, and tennis and basketball courts. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge.

Honl’s Beach, Kailua Pier and Alii Drive shopping are steps away. Hulihee Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, farmers markets, cafés and oceanfront restaurants are within walking distance. Kona Country Club, Kahalu’u Beach Park snorkeling and manta ray night dives are a short drive away. A car is not necessary. Electric-vehicle charging is not available at the property.
