The house

The open-plan living and dining area has wall-to-wall windows overlooking Kailua Bay, seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table seating four. The private lanai has panoramic ocean and sunset views.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room has a Tempur-Pedic queen sofa bed, TV, ocean views, and lanai access. A separate guest full bathroom also has a walk-in shower. Split air conditioning serves the bedroom and living room as an optional paid addition.

The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker, crockpot, food processor, and ice machine. In-unit facilities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, linens, towels, and an iron. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels are available; additional beach equipment rentals carry a charge.

Guests share an ocean-view pool, sundeck, and garden BBQ area on the building's ground level. The building has an elevator, and free parking is available.

Kailua Pier, Hulihe'e Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, Ali'i Drive shops and restaurants, and the Kona Farmers Market are within walking distance. Hawai'i Volcanoes National Park, Mauna Kea Observatory, and Kona coffee farms are a scenic drive away; Kona International Airport is a short drive away.
