The house

The condo has an open-concept living and dining area with a flat-screen TV, a dining table for four and a reading nook. Sliding glass doors open onto a private covered lanai with panoramic coastline views and outdoor dining space overlooking the lava-rock shoreline. Air conditioning serves both the bedroom and living area.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, ceiling fan and dresser storage. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, TV, ocean views and lanai access. There are two full bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a tub/shower combination.

The remodeled kitchen has granite counters, upgraded cabinetry and full-size stainless appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchenware and small appliances include a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kettle, toaster, blender and rice cooker. An in-unit washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and starter supplies are provided.

Shared facilities include an ocean-view swimming pool, outdoor BBQs, gated entry and elevator service. A dedicated free parking stall is available. Dining, shops, farmers markets, Kailua Pier and Hulihe‘e Palace are within walking distance. Sandy beaches for swimming and snorkeling are a short walk away.
