The house

The condo has an open living and dining area with large windows, ocean views, comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV. A private lanai overlooks Alii Drive and the Pacific Ocean and provides outdoor seating and sunset views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, rice cooker, coffee grinder and cooking and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ocean view, closet storage, blackout drapes, ceiling fan, split air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space beside the second full bathroom, which has a walk-in shower. Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and living room.

Guests have access to a large community pool and shared BBQ grills. The condo includes high-speed Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, a dedicated workspace, an in-unit washer and dryer, beach towels, linens, a hair dryer, an iron and starter toiletries. Television, satellite or cable TV and a smart TV are available.

Kailua Pier, Huliheʻe Palace, Mokuaikaua Church, restaurants, cafés, the Kona Farmers Market, shops and shoreline access are within walking distance. Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluʻu Beach Park are a short drive away. A car is recommended, and free parking is available.
