The house

The open-plan living and dining area has tropical-style furnishings, a queen sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted TV. Sliding glass doors open onto a spacious covered lanai with uninterrupted Pacific and coastline views; the Royal Kona Hotel is visible from the lanai.

The upgraded kitchen has granite countertops, zebrawood cabinetry and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, utensils, a coffee maker, grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, rice cooker and food processor are provided.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, central air conditioning and an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The living room also has central air conditioning and direct lanai access. There is a second guest bathroom, an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, beach towels, linens and a smart TV with satellite or cable service.

Shared complex facilities include a swimming pool, poolside loungers, barbecue stations, an elevator and secure building access. A dedicated parking stall is provided free of charge. Restaurants, shops, Kailua Pier and cultural landmarks are within walking distance.
