# Kolina at the High Bluffs Kamuela, Hawaii, United States (general area) ## About the house The home sits near the top of a slope beside the 17th fairway of Hapuna Golf Course. A koi pond runs along the great room, where retractable glass opens onto a covered lanai. The main living space has a pitched timber ceiling, a long dining table and an additional table near the kitchen. The kitchen has granite counters, an island with stools, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and utensils, coffee maker and grinder, kettle, toaster, blender, ice machine and mini fridge. A barbecue is also available. The lanai has loungers, outdoor dining and a bar, with a lagoon-style private pool on a lower terrace. A hot tub is available, and community pool and hot-tub facilities are also offered. Four ensuite bedrooms have split air conditioning, ceiling fans and lanai access. The primary and second bedrooms have ocean views and bathrooms with soaking tubs and separate showers. The third has a soaking tub, separate shower and partial ocean views over the garden and fairway; the fourth has ocean views. Additional sleeping accommodation is in the game room. A separate entertainment room has deep seating and a screen, and an office has a closing door. Entertainment includes a pool table, smart television, satellite or cable television and a stereo.
