A 1,600-square-foot game room contains a pool table, 30-foot shuffleboard table, foosball, pinball, a wet bar and wine cooler. Outdoor facilities include a heated freshwater gunite pool with an electric cover, a freestanding covered hot tub, a private hard-surface tennis court with equipment, a basketball court, a shaded covered deck and tiered landscaped grounds. There are six lounge chairs, patio furniture, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. Bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach toys and a kayak/canoe are provided. The backyard is fenced. The second-floor master suite has a king bed, spa bath and sitting room.
