Infants under 2 sleeping in cribs do not count toward occupancy. The property sleeps up to 12 adults and 16 guests total. No smoking is allowed and no pets are permitted. Kayak and paddleboard rentals require a signed waiver. The 5-bedroom configuration excludes the bungalow suites. A 7-night minimum stay applies to the group airport greeting and motorcoach service.
Getting there
The property is beachfront with natural barefoot beach sand and direct seaside access. Starfish Point is a 4-minute walk, Kaibo Beach Club is a 5-minute walk, and Rum Point is a 15-minute walk. The ocean floor is soft and may contain shells, small coral, and turtle grass; the listing recommends Starfish Point or Rum Point Club for barefoot white-sand swimming.
