## About the house

Set within five acres of tropical grounds, the condo has an open-plan living and dining area with garden views, a sleeper sofa for up to two guests, an office nook and glass sliders opening onto a spacious furnished lanai for outdoor dining. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender and cooking and dining essentials.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, portable air conditioning, ceiling fan and garden views. Air conditioning is available only in the bedroom. In-unit facilities include Wi-Fi, cable television, a washer and dryer, linens, a hair dryer and an iron. A pack and play, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler are provided.

Shared resort facilities include a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, shaded barbecue cabanas, a game room and ping pong. The property also has a garden and outdoor shower. The condo has a private entrance and free parking.

Keaka Beach is across the street and can be reached on foot. Sugar Beach and Kama‘ole Beach Park are a short drive away, with shops, cafés and dining nearby in Kihei. Short stays and stays of a month or longer are offered.

A mandatory $168 mid-stay cleaning fee applies to all reservations of 28 nights or longer; if not collected at booking, it will be requested after booking and added to the reservation total.
