Before you book
House rules
Monthly rental with a 30-day minimum. Full-month billing applies regardless of length of stay; prorating is unavailable. Electricity usage cap: $500/month; guests are responsible for any excess. Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property, including lanais and common areas. Guests must comply with Ko Olina community rules and quiet hours. Children are welcome.
Getting there
The villa is two stories, with the workspace upstairs. Ko Olina’s golf course and lagoons are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned standard and compact stalls; oversized vehicles and street parking are not permitted.
