The villa has high ceilings, an open-concept living area with plush seating and a large Smart TV, and a dining table seating six. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar seating four, along with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, rice cooker and ice machine. A covered lanai overlooks tropical gardens.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, private lanai access and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual vanities. Guest Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, large closet and ensuite full bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and access to a shared full bathroom.

An upstairs desk area provides a dedicated workspace. Central air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and cable, ceiling fans throughout, and a full laundry room with washer and dryer are provided. Linens, beach towels, an iron and a smoke detector are available.

Guests have access to the Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates community swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ grilling areas, tropical landscaping and walking paths. Ko Olina’s golf course and lagoons are within walking distance. The nearby marina offers sailing, fishing, snorkeling and sunset cruises; Ko Olina Station has restaurants, shops and cafés. A car is recommended. Two assigned parking stalls accommodate standard and compact vehicles only.
