House rules
Children are welcome. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including the lanai and common areas. Barbecue grills are not allowed on the lanai; shared grills are available at the pool. Violations may result in penalties, cleaning fees or eviction. Electricity usage is capped at 500 dollars per month, and guests are responsible for any overage. Monthly charges apply in full and are not prorated.
Getting there
A car is recommended. Ko Olina Championship Golf Course, shops, restaurants, lagoons and the beach path are within walking distance. Ko Olina Marina and Kapolei services are a short drive away. The home has two stories, with one bedroom and a full bathroom downstairs. Parking is limited to compact or standard vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs are not permitted, and there is no street or public parking.
