The Great Room has vaulted ceilings, coastal decor, ample seating and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open to a lanai, and bamboo flooring runs across the main level. The kitchen has stone counters, stainless appliances, a breakfast bar and a family dining area, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and ice machine.

The upstairs primary suite has a king bed, TV, balcony and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second upstairs suite has a queen bed and twin bed, a TV, a large closet and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The main-level guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, large closet and an adjacent full bathroom. Bedrooms have ceiling fans.

A dedicated desk area, Wi-Fi advertised at approximately 300 Mbps, air conditioning, in-home washer and dryer, linens, a private entrance and satellite or cable television are available. The community pool area has shaded cabanas, loungers and barbecue grills; a community hot tub is also available.

Ko Olina’s lagoons, golf course, shops and restaurants are walkable. Four lagoons are connected by a paved 1.5-mile beachfront path. Ko Olina Marina offers sailing and snorkel charters. Kapolei Commons shopping and theaters, Wet’n’Wild Hawaii and coastal trails are a short drive away. The home is offered as a monthly rental.

Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs are not permitted, and public or street parking is unavailable.

Children are welcome. Electricity usage is capped at $500 per month; guests are responsible for any overage. Barbecue grills are not permitted on the lanai; community grills are available at the pool. Commercially registered vehicles may not park overnight in the community. Smoking is prohibited in the home, balconies, patios and common areas; violations may incur remediation fees and possible eviction. There are no rate reductions based on actual nights used.
