House rules

A minimum 29-night stay is required under Oahu zoning regulations. The electricity allowance is $500/month; guests are responsible for usage above that allowance. Barbecue grills are prohibited on the lanai under Oahu Fire Code; use the community grills at the pool area. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. Violations may incur penalties and cleaning, deodorizing or damage-repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. A vehicle that does not fit the assigned parking space may result in refusal of check-in.

Getting there

The villa is upstairs. Ko Olina’s sandy lagoons, shops, restaurants and seaside pathways are within walking distance. A car is recommended. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and community public or street parking is unavailable.
