Ko Olina Kai 1065E offers 1,427 sq ft of open-plan living with three bedrooms and two bathrooms for up to six guests. Large windows brighten the living and dining area, and sliding glass doors open onto a private furnished lanai with seating for six.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and utensils, coffee maker, toaster, freezer, ice machine, blender and rice cooker. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and vanities. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans and televisions; Guest Bedroom 2 also has mirrored closet doors.

Air conditioning runs throughout the villa. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, linens, an iron, beach towels, shampoo, basic supplies and an arrival starter kit. Parking is limited to two assigned stalls for standard or compact vehicles; oversized vehicles and large SUVs cannot be accommodated, and community public or street parking is unavailable.

A minimum 29-night stay is required under Oahu zoning regulations. The electricity allowance is $500/month; guests are responsible for usage above that allowance. Barbecue grills are prohibited on the lanai under Oahu Fire Code; use the community grills at the pool area. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the accommodation, balconies, patios and common areas, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes and marijuana. Guests must inform their party and visitors of this policy. Violations may incur penalties and cleaning, deodorizing or damage-repair charges, and may lead to eviction without refund. A vehicle that does not fit the assigned parking space may result in refusal of check-in.
