Before you book
House rules
Monthly rental terms apply, with no rate reduction based on nights used. Electricity usage is capped at $500/month; guests are responsible for any overage. Smoking is prohibited in the home, on the lanai and in all common areas. Barbecue grills are not allowed on lanais under Oahu Fire Code; community grills are available at the pool area. Maximum occupancy is six, including guests using the air mattress available on request. Children are welcome.
Getting there
A car is necessary. Ko Olina’s lagoons, resort pools, barbecue areas and scenic walking paths are a short walk away. Parking is limited to two on-premises spaces.
